In the fenced, 600 m² garden there is a carport, an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue area. The absolute highlight of the cottage is its convenient location near the beautiful beaches of the Sardinian east coast: Spiaggia di Porto Ainu, Spiaggia Sant'Anna, Spiaggia Capannizza, Spiaggia di Budoni are all 2 to 3 km away and easy to reach on foot or by car.
