Great place

We really liked the place. Beach, supermarket, several restaurants at walking distance. Airconditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Outside shower in the garden next to the bbq. The terrace was great for breakfast in the morning in the shadow.

Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und daher so wie erwartet. Terrasse und Außenküche bestens und täglich genutzt. Auch Aufteilung der Räume mit den beiden Bädern ist gut und getrennt nutzbar. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, könnte aber auch umfangreicher sein. Pfannenwender hat z.b. gefehlt. Wir waren nur 2 Personen, bei 4 wird es knapp. Allerdings kann die (kleine) Spülmaschine natürlich auch im Dauerbetrieb laufen.Ein Zaun um das Anwesen würde das Sicherheitsgefühl (Hunde) verbessern. Grill und Garten super. Mülltrennung wird gezeigt und umgesetzt, aber wenn sich die Nachbarschaft (Italiener!!) nicht daran hält bei den Sammeltonnen, nützt das ganze nichts.Läden, Strand und Restaurants fußläufig ganz in der Nähe. Im Oktober super entspannten Urlaub genossen. Vermieter/Verwalter sehr nett.Überlegen definitiv wieder zu kommen. Gracie

Schöner Ferienbungalow mit Nähe zum Strand und zur Schnellstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie sind schnell zu erreichen. Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft lief problemlos. Wir wurden vom Vermieter mit einer Flasche lokalem Wein begrüßt. Grundstück ist groß und verfügt über ein Spielgerüst für Kinder. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Kleine Schönheitsfehler in den Badezimmern mit lockeren WC Deckeln und schmutzigen WC Bürsten. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus! Die Betten sind bequem, es gibt überall Fliegengitter und die Terrasse und Außenküche sind wunderbar!Es gibt in den Bädern und der Küche sehr wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten, keine Mülleimer und die Küche ist eher knapp ausgestattet und teilweise etwas unappetitlich (gammelige Brettchen, verkrusteter Sandwichmaker). Davon muss man sich aber keineswegs den Urlaub vermiesen lassen!Es gibt zwei Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe und mehrere gute Restaurants.

Tolle Unterkunft mit grossem Garten, 1km vom Strand

Toller Aufenthalt, die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen. Der Strand ist nur 1km weg vom wunderbaren Strand mit Pinienwald und einem guten Restaurant. Die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Es hat einen Gasherd im Haus und auf der Seite der Veranda (kein Backofen nur eine eine Mikrowelle). Eine Bäckerei hat es im nahe gelegenen Budoni (3min mit dem Auto). Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch durften wir zur Begüssung Wasser und einen lokalen Weisswein entgegennehmen.

Ruhige Lage und schöner Garten

Wir waren zum Ende der Badesaison in dem schönen Haus mit weitläufigem Garten, den die Kinder zum Spielen nutzen konnten. Die anderen Ferienhäuser in der Siedlung waren nicht mehr bewohnt, es war also sehr ruhig. Im Ort selber hatte auch nichts mehr offen, für den Einkauf sind wir in die Supermärkte nach Budoni gefahren, die hervorragend sortiert sind. Auf dem Grill im Garten konnten wir Bistecca fiorentina grillen, ansonsten hat das Haus eine Outdoor-Küche, die wir viel verwendet haben. Dort sind auch der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine untergebracht, sodass sie keinen Lärm im Haus verursachen. Innen ist alles noch recht neu, die Bäder ordentlich und sauber. Lediglich die Küche könnte mit etwas mehr Besteck und Geschirr ausgestattet sein, das wurde in den vorhergehenden Rezensionen schon genannt. Aber der versierte Ferienhaus-Bewohner hat sein eigenes scharfes Küchenmesser schon dabei... Nespresso Maschine vorhanden, die Vermieter legen Kapseln dazu und spendieren noch je eine Flasche Cannonau und Vermentino -- vielen Dank dafür, sie haben geschmeckt! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die große überdachte Terrasse, unter der man je nach Sonnenstand oder auch bei Regen einen schönen Sitzplatz fand. Zu Fuß kann man binnen einer viertel Stunde an den Sandstrand gehen, dort ist ein wunderschöner Pinienwald, ein Traum!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage!

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Am Anreisetag wurden wir freundlich begrüßt, es wurde uns alles erklärt und zur Begrüßung stand Kaffee, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein bereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Betten bezogen, Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Im Haus gab es alles, was man braucht. Wir haben häufig in der Außenküche gekocht. Auch dafür war alles Wichtige vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein großer Parkplatz (3,00 € am Tag) ist vorhanden. Der Stand ist sehr schön, allerdings wurden in der zweiten Woche im September sehr viele Algen angespült die sich zu großen Haufen auftürmten. Darum war der Strand leider zu 1/3 nicht mehr zu benutzen. Wir sind dann zum Strand nach la Caletta gefahren. Wunderschön und sehr zu empfehlen. Einziger Minuspunk war, dass der Nachbar gegenüber seinen Hund (zumindest zeitweise) im Zwinger hielt, auch nachts und das Bellen hat gelegentlich gestört. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Belle situation

Maison très agréable et bien située. Très belle plage à 10 minutes à pied et idéalement située pour faire toutes les excursions au sud d’Olbia. Belle terrasse et surtout une cuisine extérieure très utile. Manque simplement deux poêles, une seule trop juste et un grille pain. Le seul côté désagréable si on doit trouver un moins dans ce logement c’est l’arrivée plus de 20 minutes à attendre les clefs et surtout le départ qui était planifié à 9 h 30 par la personne qui nous a accueillie et qui n’est arrivée seulement qu’à 10 h. Sinon séjour super agréable.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Tanaunella

Super tolles Ferienhaus. Alles da was man brauchte. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Einzig störend waren eine große Menge an Fröschen die sich am Nachbarpool die gesamte Nacht sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Nachbar war nicht vor Ort. Ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren eine Woche Gast und haben sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist begrenzt, war aber für die Woche völlig ausreichen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich.

Tolles Haus und in einer schönen Umgebung

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie zwei Wochen in diesem Haus vebracht. Es hat mit den Vermietung alles gut geklappt. Den Weg zum naheliegenden Strand konnten wir gut zu Fuss erreichen. Mit dem Auto kommt von Tanaunella aus sehr rasch auf eine Schnellstrasse, dies haben wir auch sehr geschätzt.

Objekt top/Inhaberperson naja

Objekt war sehr sauber und geräumig mit tollem und gemütlichem Garten. Aufgepasst bei Check-in/out. Aufgrund Zeitmangel der Vermietperson fand keine Übergabe statt. Nach Check-out wurde man für defekte wie angeblich fehlende Sachen verantwortlich gemacht und finanziell belangt.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängel

Die Unterkunft war super mit schön, großem Garten. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten waren wir zu Fuß am Strand, mit Kindern. Leider gibt es einige Mängel, die den Gesamteindruck leider trüben. Die Klobürsten wurden gefühlt noch nie gewechselt, lose Kabel hängen von der Decke, wo eigentlich eine Lampe hängen sollte, lose Klobrillen. Alles nicht so schlimme, allerdings mit paar wenigen Handgriffen in den Griff zu bekommen. Daher Schade dass dies nicht gemacht wurde. Der Check-in und Check-out war super und wir konnten freundlicherweise erst abends auschecken. Der Vermieter war freundlich und immer gut erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Küche ist recht spartanisch eingerichtet, aber das war aus vorigen Bewertungen schon klar. Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht gekühlt. Ansonsten alles super. Weg zum Strand gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt aber auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze direkt davor. Garten super gepflegt und Dank Bewässerung auch im August satt grün.

Vacanza rilassante

Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza, in questa bella casa , accogliente e comoda. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il pensiero di benvenuto dei proprietari, per nulla scontato. La posizione è molto comoda, vicina al supermercato e abbastanza vicina alla spiaggia di sant’Anna e alla sua bella pineta. Se portemo, il prossimo anno ci torneremo sicuramente. Vivamente consigliata.

Verpackung gut Inhalt schlecht

Das Haus und der Garten haben eigentlich 5 Punkte in allen Belangen verdient. Leider sind es die Kleinigkeiten die den Aufenthalt nicht so gestaltet haben wie wir den Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus seit vielen Jahren kennen. Keine vernünftige Kaffeemaschine- Kein Wasserkocher Kein Toaster - Trotz zwei Gasherden kein Backofen Grill ohne Zange Feuerlöscher seit Jahren nicht geprüft und total am Kopf verrostet Über den Zustand der Toilettenbürsten kann man nur den Kopf schütteln. Und warum hat ein 600 am Grundstück mit einem Haus für 4 Personen nicht wenigsten 2 Gartenliegen??? Als der Einschaltknopf der Waschmaschine streikte wurde nicht dementsprechend reagiert. Abgesehen von Besteck und Töpfen haben die übrigen Küchenutensilien eher Trödelmarktcharakter Alles in allem -außen Top - drinnen und drumherum ein Flop . Schade für das wirklich schöne Ferienhaus.
