The house is located in "Lutturai", a small rural village, the first and only historical settlement of the owners of Capo Coda Cavallo (no longer after the 1960s ......), in a fortunate position on the hill overlooking the Capo in position dominant, with a beautiful view of the sea which thanks to its breeze makes it pleasantly cool.
The house is located within our 150 hectare farm, where we raise cattle and produce oil, vegetables, seasonal fruit, products that will be available to guests.
This large space is particularly suitable for magnificent walks in an enchanting panoramic scenery. The atmosphere you breathe and that of the ancient rural "stazzi". The children meet and play freely in the surrounding countryside. Every so often you hear the bell of a goat, the singing of a rooster or the bellowing of our calves ........ bucolic! and a place where "it feels good".
The house is built on a slope of the hill, in two staggered floors.

We are a couple with a 5 year old girl and our closeness will be perceived only if sought for your needs and to offer all the assistance to make your holiday unforgettable.
The house has been recently renovated. The furnishings are new, comfortable, functional and consists of a large kitchen, a living room with sofa, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a single and a cot, a bathroom with shower, a beautiful furnished veranda overlooking the sea and garden.
In the house there are: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi, barbecue, microwave and normal oven, hairdryer and iron.
