You will be able to enjoy a large common space open feel for the living room. Each of the bedrooms are designed for historical feel. Queen size beds with bathroom in between them. Shower room is separate so others can use the sinks. Wrap around porch allows for more space to enjoy the outdoors. Fire pit has wood provided. The authentic wood stairway is a true work of art. Comfy beds and chairs with lots of games for family fun. Two bicycles are provided for our guests to enjoy
The space This historical cabin is from the civil war. It has a feeling like a person can step back in time. The furnishings are authentic time period. The most important feature is that as our guests come in to the large living room they can see and feel the civil war history. It is a must to see for any historian. Natural wood and documents are found accessible to the guests
Guest access Parking is available in the front of the cabin or on the blacktop driveway at the entrance. During the fall we suggest that guests park on the black top away from the falling nuts of the trees
Other things to note Inside fireplace is only available from September to May 1.

The property was exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful time! My GPS took us to the wrong place and the host offered to come to us and lead us to the cabin. She was very kind and even brought us a goody bag. I definitely recommend spending time at this cabin.
