Why they chose this property

This town is one of the most desired in the proximity of New York City. Not far from the house there is an exquisite view of New York City skyline and the Hudson River. We have nearly Supermarket , Laundry ,Restaurants , Grocery’s Stores , Liquor Stores . And you can ordered Uber Eats. The commute by bus to 42nd Street (The Port Authority Bus Terminal) is approximately 10-15 minutes. Only a 1-minute walk from the house to the bus stop into Manhattan. There is a ferry that can also be used to go to Manhattan. We are also very close to Hoboken and Jersey City which are very well known for their delicious restaurants with spectacular Hudson River views.
