The house is located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows with views of the Kleiner Ötscher and the Großer Ötscher. It’s ideal for a few relaxing days with the family—whether enjoying beautiful hikes in the summer or skiing on the Ötscher in the winter. The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a single-family home. It features one bedroom with a double bed and a separate bedroom with two single beds. This makes the apartment ideal for families with two children. In the open-concept kitchen-living area, you can sit together comfortably and spend quality time with your family. You can also relax in the bathtub after a great day of skiing and recharge your batteries. The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, mini-oven, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. Hand towels and bath towels are provided in the bathroom. The beds are made. The visitor’s tax of 2.60 EUR per person per night is billed separately on-site. Check-in: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed.
