Private: natural state property 3'660 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing 1'000 m2. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 10 km, grocery 10 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bakery 10 km, bus stop 8.7 km, railway station "Bodenfelde" 8.7 km, ferry "Weserfähre (Sommer/Herbst)" 3.5 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Bad Karlshafen 6.5 km, Höxter, Kloster Corvey, Solling Neuhaus 25 km. Please note: car recommended. This detached half-timbered house stands in a completely secluded location, without neighbors, directly on the Weser Cycle Path. The basement features a small apartment, occasionally used by the owner.
