Very quiet, yet central location, 3 minutes walk to Lake Chiemsee. B. Bakers, butchers and Edeka, as well as restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Enjoy the peace and quiet in our protected and quiet garden. 2 spacious, well-kept apartments with a south-facing balcony. Separate entrances, lawn, car parking space, bike room.
A spacious staircase leads to the spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and a large living room with kitchenette with dishwasher and south-facing balcony. In addition to the shower / toilet there is a wash basin in each bedroom. With us you can sleep with the window open, mosquito screens keep the annoying insects away. A clothes horse is in the apartment.
