About the Home
Driving into the neighborhood instantly feels like the start of vacation. The home sits on a quiet horseshoe street lined with beautiful properties and spacious yards that offer wonderful privacy. Kids can safely walk or bike to nearby playgrounds and ponds. Upon arrival, you’ll find a large driveway with ample parking and well-maintained landscaping welcoming you in.
Step through the front door and make yourself at home. The first floor features a spacious living room with large, comfortable couches—perfect for family movie nights. Just off the living room is a cozy den/office with plenty of books and board games, a TV, a pullout couch for extra guests, and a desk for those who may need to work while away. The home is equipped with fast Wi-Fi throughout.
The kitchen and dining room are located on the other side of the main floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need on vacation, and the dining room includes a large table that seats 8–10 guests (a leaf is available, even though only six chairs are shown in photos). Off the kitchen is a large deck with outdoor dining space, perfect for summer meals and entertaining. The backyard is private and spacious, and the outdoor shower is a favorite feature after beach days.
Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms. The first bedroom on the right is a fun kids’ room with one bunk bed (queen over twin) plus two additional queen beds, along with toys and games and plenty of floor space. The middle bedroom includes a full bed and TV. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed. All mattresses are brand new. The home has two full bathrooms: the downstairs bathroom has a shower, and the upstairs bathroom includes both a tub and shower.
Linens, towels, beach chairs, and toys are all provided. If there’s something specific you’re thinking of packing (other than clothes), please ask—we likely already have it at the house.

About Brewster
We chose this home because it perfectly blends the areas where our family grew up spending summers—Harwich and Eastham. Brewster offers so much to do while still feeling peaceful and secluded.
Nickerson State Park is just 1.5 miles away and offers miles of walking and biking trails, along with freshwater ponds for kayaking, canoeing, and swimming. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is only two miles from the home, and Ocean Edge Golf Course is a quick two-minute drive. While the golf is private here they offer wonderful restaurants, and year-round events. The Captains Golf Course (ranked top 5 public course on Cape) is open to public and only 4 miles away.
Brewster boasts eleven beautiful beaches. First Light Beach, only two miles away, is known for its Cape Cod Bay views and tidal pools. Crosby Landing Beach (2.8 miles) is wonderful for families thanks to its calm waters. Breakwater Beach, about four miles away, is always a favorite for exploring the tidal flats. Brewster is also home to the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, a great outing for all ages. People also love to travel to Brewster for the "most beautiful sunsets on the Cape".
