In the background you can see the chancel and behind it the highest church tower in Bavaria. Kirchgasse is very narrow and lined with small houses. The apartment in Kirchgasse is in house no. 246, the red house in the picture. Concerns about the nearby church bells are unfounded. You do not disturb the night's sleep! Next to the church there is a space on both sides. While a few trees adorn the former Martinsfriedhof on the left, there are several shops and a beer garden on the right. The pedestrian zone also begins there. Kirchgasse is therefore a cul-de-sac and therefore has no through traffic. Past the church, Kirchgasse flows into the old town. It is the main shopping area of Landshut and the pedestrian zone. There, facade after facade. One prettier than the other. Behind it many other shops, cafes and restaurants.
