Geweldig appartement

We hebben het heerlijk gehad als ouder echtpaar met onze zoon en zijn twee jongens. Met drie slaapkamers en 2 badkamers liepen we elkaar niet in de weg en had ieder zijn privacy. Het appartement was bezemschoon en wat gedateerd, maar dat mocht onze pret niet drukken. Prachtige omgeving en leuke rodelbaan voor de jongens.

Schöne, aber in die Jahre gekommene Anlage

Das stark in die Jahre gekommene Ferienhaus Kastanie war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand (nicht gesaugt, Bettwäsche war nicht gewechselt, dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, feuchte Matratzen und Schimmel im Kinderzimmer). Diese Unterkunft zum stattlichen Vollpreis anzubieten, geht eigentlich gar nicht. Auch die versprochene Nachreinigung haben wir nicht erhalten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals im Hauphaus und das ausgezeichnete Essen im Restaurant. In Verbindung mit einem der renovierten Hotelzimmer kann man also sicherlich einen schönen Aufenthalt dort haben.

Familien Wochenende

Ganz nette Leute an der Rezeption. Die Umgebung wundervoll und ruhig. Die süßen Häuschen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen... Wir haben alle gut geschlafen. Viele tolle Ausflugsziele, auch mit Kinder, zu Fuß erreichbar. 2 Pools ist ein bisschen übertrieben, 1 mittlerer Pool und ein Planschbecken für die ganz Kleinen. Wir waren Selbstversorger also können wir nichts über das Essen vor Ort berichten. Für uns trotzdem Daumen hoch, weil es schön war.

Tolle Anlage

Es hat uns sechs Mädels gut gefallen! Service, Wellness und Beauty Bereich top! Ferienhäuser sind für Wochenende prima, für längeren Aufenthalt finden wir den Teppich nicht optimal wegen Allergien/Hygiene. Vom Restaurant waren wir leider enttäuscht, dem Essen von der Karte fehlte der Pfiff. Ansonsten ist das Konzept super und das Personal sehr freundlich!

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut und versprochene Zusatzgegenstände (Babybett) waren vorhanden. Das Haus ist etwas älter aber für einen gemütlichen Kurzurlaub ausreichend und es war sauber
