in the beautiful Ferienhaus Teichperle on the southern Bodden coast of the Fischland / Darss / Zingst holiday region.
You can expect a romantic, thatched cottage in an idyllic landscape. Lovingly and comfortably furnished, it offers sleeping facilities for up to 5 people.

You will feel comfortable here right from the start: the sun-drenched 30 sqm living area invites you to relax, cozy seating area, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV with Sky and of course WiFi. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor. Two beautiful bedrooms with double beds (one double bed divisible) and one bedroom with a single bed offer comfortable sleeping facilities. The bathroom, with a walk-in shower and Finnish sauna, leaves nothing to be desired.

On the spacious sun terrace with a wonderful view of the pond, you can enjoy your delicious breakfast in the morning or end the day with a cozy barbecue evening. In the beach chair you can let your mind wander, enjoy nature, watch the passing cranes or enjoy the beautifully landscaped holiday home settlement. The beautiful lawn invites you to play or to walk barefoot on the soft, mowed lawn (robotic lawnmower) - a real treat in summer!

There are also two parking spaces with a carport and lockable bike shed and bike rack.

Bringing a dog is allowed on request. The property is fenced but not break-proof!

In front of the resort there is a small beach for swimming fun and water sports. A few minutes' walk away you will find the newly created Boddenhafen with a rustic restaurant. From there it is possible to reach numerous destinations by boat.

If you want to escape everyday life and enjoy peace and relaxation, you will feel comfortable in the Ferienhaus Teichperle. The idyllic location with a view of the pond and the tasteful and high-quality furnishings are characteristic of this holiday home.

Wohlfühlen, Ruhe genießen, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus erleben!

Sie erreichen das Haus, nachdem sie das beeindruckende Areal mit viele herrlichen Häusern umrundet haben. Das großzügig bemessene Grundstück, das an einen schönen Teich angrenzt, und das sehr schöne Haus garantieren ihnen einen herrlichen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Die Umgebung können sie mit dem Fahrrad unter Einbeziehung der Schifffahrtsrouten im Bodden-Bereich bequem erkunden. Sie werden von der schönen Umgebung begeistert sein.

Es hat alles gepasst!

Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht, weil wir mit unserem Hund dem Sylvesterlärm an unserem Wohnort entkommen wollten. Wie sich herausstellte, eine gute Entscheidung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich im sauberen Haus empfangen und eingewiesen. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, wie auch die gesamte Anlage aus ca. 60 Reetdachhäusern. Die Ausstattung hat bei uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen, zum Glück gab es Edelstahlkochgeschirr, keine ( meist sehr zerkrartzten ) Teflonpfannen. Toll auch der Gaskamin! Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt und zum wunderbaren Sandstrand nach Prerow bzw. Zingst ist es auch nicht gar so weit. Wiederholungsgefahr!

Ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub

Die Woche die ich dort war, war eine sehr entspannte Woche. Wer es gern ruhig mag, kann hier auf seine Kosten kommen. Ich war im Oktober dort und die anderen Ferienhäuser waren kaum bewohnt. Wenn ich in dieser Gegend wieder Ferien mache, komme ich gerne wieder in dieses gemütliche Haus zurück.
