Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes Mittersill am Berg auf einem Bauernhof im Nebenerwerb. Das Objekt ist laut Aussage ca.10Jahre alt. Wie so ein Objekt in Schuß gehalten wird, hängt auch zum Teil von den Mietern der Wohnungen ab. Das Treppenhaus wurde mit geheizt, sodass man seine verschlammten Schuhe am Eingang des Hauses hätte ausziehen können, um den Dreck nicht im gesamten Haus zu verteilen. Die Wohnungen sind mit allem was man benötigt und noch mehr ausgestattet.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden Fam. Kröll sicher noch einmal besuchen.
