Guest Registration & Occupancy: ▪ Only registered guests who are on the original booking and/or lease are permitted on the property. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on site at any time. All guests aged 18-65 must be added to the reservation and/or lease with verified ID and a profile photo that clearly shows their face. Entry to the property will be denied until every guest is properly registered. ▪ Occupancy is capped at 8 people maximum. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation and/or lease. Please do not bring friends or family members whose names are not listed on the reservation and/or lease. Any violations of guest limits will result in an additional fee of $100 per night for each guest beyond 8. Exterior security cameras are in use, and violations will be enforced.
