This cosy holiday home (40 square metres) is fully furnished and suitable for 1 to 3 people. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes, hob, oven, and refrigerator. A cosy seating area in the living space invites you to relax. The bedroom features a French double bed. A sleeper sofa in the kitchen-living area is available for the third guest. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Towels and bed linens are provided. A parking space is available free of charge. Make yourself comfortable on the open-air terrace with patio furniture. A garden sauna also awaits you in the garden. The holiday home is located at the foot of the Sodenberg in the idyllic Saale Valley between the Spessart and Rhön mountains; surrounded by horse pastures, it offers peace and comfort in the heart of nature. This region is particularly well-suited for holidaymakers who enjoy outdoor activities and have a passion for nature. Payment of the total price is due in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Credit card payments are not accepted. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or by prior telephone arrangement. Keys are handed over on site. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Pets are welcome for a fee of 10 EUR per day. A cot is available upon request.
