Identification Requirement

As per Dubai regulations, passport copies for all guests (including children) must be provided before arrival. If not received in advance, the concierge may collect them at check-in, which could cause delays.



Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed on the balcony only with the doors fully closed.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty as per house rules.



Pet Policy

We welcome one small, well-behaved, potty-trained pet.

Pets must not be left unattended and should not disturb neighbours. Any damages or extra cleaning required will be charged accordingly.
