Barrier-free 55 sqm vacation apartment with panoramic terrace

This nearly barrier-free holiday rental, with an area of 55 square metres, is located in the Amesberg district of the quiet and idyllic Bavarian Forest mountain village of Wiesing (approx. 500 residents, approx. 9 km from Viechtach), right in the heart of the Bavarian Forest, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has an excellent 4-star rating (almost 5 stars). The apartment also features a bright living room with a comfortable corner couch, a plasma TV, plenty of board games, and access to the panoramic terrace; one bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed; and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and more, as well as a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and large mirror. You’ll also find a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and parking available. To fully secure your reservation of the holiday rental, we (the hosts) also suggest that you (the guest) transfer 60% of the amount specified in the booking confirmation email to our account within the next 4 business days after receiving the email, and pay the remaining balance in cash here upon your arrival. Please do NOT send checks or use a credit card; these are NOT accepted, and unfortunately, we are unable to process them. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM or by prior arrangement. Check-out is by 10:30 AM at the latest. The local tourist tax of 1.70 EUR per adult per night and 0.50 EUR per child (ages 6–17) will be charged separately. This is a NON-SMOKING apartment! Therefore, there are plenty of ashtrays provided for you on the “covered” panoramic terrace. Pets are allowed upon request (up to 2 pets, e.g., small to medium-sized dogs or cats, provided they are house-trained, quiet at night, do not get on the sofas or in the beds, do not drool excessively, are NOT vicious or dangerous, and do not cause any damage). You must also bring your own food and sleeping arrangements for your pets; please don’t forget a litter box if needed. (Surcharge per pet per night = 12 euros; not included in the price.) Up to 3 baby cots, including extra bedding, and up to 3 high chairs are available upon request at no additional cost. This allows for occupancy of more than 13 people upon request.
