Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzaufenthalt in der sehr schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und der Kontakt lief problemlos über mail und Telefon. Die FEWO ist sehr ruhig gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt hätten wir aber doch, auch wenn es in der Ostseeregion scheinbar Standard ist, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra berechnet werden, wäre es gut wenn dies auch im Inserat aufgeführt ist und nicht erst nach der Buchung per mail mitgeteilt wird, darüberhinaus würden wir die FEWO aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist spitze. Schön ruhig und mit dem Fahrrad ist alles wichtige gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, da die Ansprechpartnerin gleich nebenan wohnt.Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Alles in allem okay

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Dusche ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (je wärmer desto weniger Druck) und leider nicht sauber. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht bzw. wurde uns nicht gezeigt. Der Rest war sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Es gibt ausreichenden Stauraum und umfangreiches Küchenequipment. Eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung hatten wir bisher noch nie. Zum Strand ist es recht weit, aber das weiß man ja vorher. Eine tolle Zugabe war der zugehörige Strandkorb am Hauptstrand mit barrierefreiem Zugang, den wir gerne jeden Tag genutzt haben. Einziges Problem in der Wohnung waren für uns die schon sehr weichen und durchgelegenen Matratzen, die uns wirklich Rückenschmerzen bereitet haben.

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistung

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Ich fand es schöner in Echt als auf die Bilder. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kommt überall schnell hin mit Auto. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Das einziges Manko ist, dass es in der Unterkunft sehr feucht riecht, wir mussten zurück zur Hause alles waschen, weil es dieses penetrantes Geruch übernommen hatte.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln, es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Duschen ist etwas kompliziert da das Bad etwas klein ist und ein durchgehender Boden, also kein Duschbecken, vorhanden ist. Das Wasser fließt dann auch in den Bereich der Toilette und des Waschbeckens. Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden und die Fussbodenheizung funktionierte wahrscheinlich nicht, also zumindest hatte man nichts gemerkt davon. Aber alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen und wir haben uns trotz der kleinen Mängel sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gemütlich!

Schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang, ruhige Lage, separater Eingang über die Terrasse. Für den Weg zum Strand, Einkaufen o.ä. ist das Fahrrad sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren im September 2021 für einige wenige Tage zu zweit mit Babybauch hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Familienurlaub Sommer 2021

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerade mit Kindern war der Garten perfekt. Auch die Terasse haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Der Komfort die Wäsche zu waschen und zu bügeln, war perfekt für uns. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und nach einem ca 20 - 25 minütigen Fußmarsch durch den Wald erreicht man den breiten Strand von Karlshagen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Der Kamin war sehr angenehm. Auch die Fußbodenheizung. Aber am allerbesten waren die Betten. Wir als Wasserbettenbesitzer sind ja eh sehr verwöhnt, aber in diesen Betten haben alle prima geschlafen. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub.

Sanitäranlagen sollten dringend saniert werden. In Zeiten von Corona sollten Küchenutensilien (Salz, Kaffee) nicht weiter gereicht werden. Fahrräder sollten mehr gepflegt und gewartet werden.
