Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification (guest screening) and review and agree to our rental conditions through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Additionally, you are required to complete a pre-arrival form. Please ensure you upload an ID and ensure all guest names are listed on the pre-arrival form.
Check-in is flexible any time after 4 PM.

-In case of additional guest(s) beyond the agreed maximum occupancy of 14 guests, a daily fee of $50.00 USD (Fifty U.S. Dollars) plus applicable taxes per person will be charged. Guest must inform us about the total number of guests staying in the property. All guest names must be listed in the pre-arrival form.

-No pets allowed. Pet Violation Fee: $450 non-refundable fee per pet plus charges for any pet-related stains/damage.
