Enjoy a serene stay in a charming 1949 historic home on the banks of Lake Vermilion. 4 comfortable bedrooms each with a king bed.
Lower level: kitchen, living/dining, half bathroom, laundry, non temperature controlled sunroom
Upper level: 4 bedrooms each with a king bed and 1 communal full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has an additional private half bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: Bedroom 4 is only accessible through bedroom 3 or full bathroom.
Private dock is available for guest use.
Conveniently located only 1.2 miles from conveniences including Meijer, Starbucks, Jersey Mikes etc.
Be advised stairs are required for all bedrooms, full bathroom, and to utilize lake dock. Drop to lake and stairwell are not child proofed.
