Casa Loma is a peaceful lakefront pocket in West Kelowna where you feel tucked away by the water but still close to everything you need. You are right on Okanagan Lake with a private beach, docks and swim area. A short drive brings you to the Westside Wine Trail with wineries like Mission Hill, Quails Gate, Frind and Mt Boucherie. You can reach groceries, cafés, restaurants and downtown Kelowna easily while still returning to a quiet gated resort with big views, starry nights and a relaxed, family friendly vibe.

You have private access to the entire condo unit during your stay. Entry is simple with a smart lock code so you can check in at your own pace. Inside, you can use the full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with pullout sofa and walkout patio. Around the resort you have access to seasonal heated pool, shallow pool, hot tub, beach, playground, tennis and pickleball courts, docks and coin laundry. One parking stall is included near the stairs that lead down to the unit area, plus limited visitor and street parking on a first come basis.

This spacious 1,000 sq. ft. two-bedroom walkout condo offers a comfortable and modern retreat with stunning lake views. Located on the ground floor, the condo features a King bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds. The living room is equipped with a Queen-size pull-out sofa, allowing the condo to sleep up to 6 guests. Fresh, cozy linens and towels are provided for a restful stay. Step out onto the 200 sq. ft. patio to enjoy unobstructed views of the water, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging. The condo is fully equipped with a kitchen and dining area, making it ideal for both relaxation and cooking meals together. Additional amenities include reserved guest parking and the option for boat moorage, ensuring easy access to waterfront activities. • Wine shuttles Tour companies such as JPC Wine Shuttle and Vivid Tours can pick you up in the area so no one has to drive after tastings
• Airport Kelowna International Airport is about 25 to 30 min by car depending on traffic
