Our granny flat is located in the basement of our house and measures approximately 63 m². Access is via a few steps to the separate side entrance.
The apartment is suitable for 2 people.
The apartment features the following amenities:
• Living room with satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo radio
• Dining area in the kitchen
• Large kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and various kitchen appliances
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. An extra bed can be added in the living room.
• Bathroom with bathtub, shower, washing machine, and hair dryer

The apartment is equipped with dishes, towels, and bed linens.
The outdoor area, featuring a large lawn for sunbathing, a pool with an adjoining terrace, and a small garden shed with a barbecue area, can be used on warm summer days (weather permitting).
Unfortunately, your pets must stay at home.

Are you looking for peace and relaxation? Then you’ve come to the right place!
You’ll hear this greeting often during your visit to the tourist town of Eulenbis. At an elevation of 453 metres above sea level, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view into the distance.
The landscape constantly shifts from forest to open meadows and fields.
As a result, the hiking trails—which invite you to enjoy long hikes and Nordic walking tours—are just as varied as the local cuisine, which caters to a wide range of culinary preferences.
The two holiday apartments at the Eulenstube (smoke-free property)—the studio and the detached unit—are located in a freestanding house with a magnificent panoramic view on a 1,018-square-meter lot, featuring a large lawn, play equipment, and a garden shed with barbecue facilities—and serve as an ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding area.
The terrace measures 80 square metres and is surrounded by plants that provide privacy.
The grill is available for our guests’ shared use.
