The floors are fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensuring a cosy atmosphere for a relaxing holiday even during the cold season.
The spacious, covered patio with a beach chair and the outdoor grill in the garden guarantee enjoyable evenings outdoors.
The white, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is approximately 1,200 metres away and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes through the beautiful coastal forest. Shopping options are only about 500 metres from the holiday home. In the town of Karlshagen, you’ll find several restaurants that warmly welcome you.

The floors in the holiday home are fully tiled and heated, ensuring a cosy atmosphere for a relaxing holiday even during the colder months.
The spacious, covered terrace with a beach chair and the outdoor grill in the garden guarantee enjoyable evenings outdoors. In addition to the spacious living-dining area, there is a children’s room with a bunk bed (2 m x 0.90 m and 2 m x 1.40 m sleeping surface), two bedrooms with double beds (one equipped with a flat-screen TV), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bathroom with a shower.
In the kitchen, you’ll find an electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, a coffee maker/capsule machine (Tassimo), a drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, pots, and pans, as well as a good selection of cutlery.

Whether you’re unwinding in a beach chair on the covered terrace, on one of our sun loungers in the garden, or in front of the warm fireplace in winter, you’ll find peace and relaxation here. A barbecue pit in the garden offers the perfect setting for convivial barbecue evenings—perhaps with freshly grilled fish from the Baltic Sea (barbecue utensils are provided).
A swing and a slide in the garden, as well as outdoor and indoor toys, await our little guests.You’ll find scooters, stilts, a unicycle, and beach toys for your little ones, all available for free use.
