Quiet, sunny location with stunning mountain views, furnished in a modern country house style with all the comforts, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub. From May through October, daily access to all mountain railways in Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal is included. Families and children welcome; bed linens and towels provided; pets allowed upon request. Close to hiking trails and ski slopes. Apartment **** is a 3-room apartment with two separate bedrooms for up to four people, approx. 70 sqm, upper floor, large living room with cable TV, DVD, stereo system, and telephone; Wi-Fi internet access; 2 bedrooms; fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic cooktop/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc.); entryway; bathroom with tub, shower, and toilet; south-facing balcony with a magnificent Alpine panorama.

Our beautiful country house is located in an exclusive, very quiet, and sunny residential area with a magnificent view of the beautiful Oberstdorf mountains. Our apartments, which accommodate 1–7 people, are spacious, cosy, and furnished with every comfort. All apartments are rated three or four stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

MOUNTAIN RAILWAY TICKETS INCLUDED = Unlimited Hiking (from around mid-May through November)—Let’s go, up to the peaks—unlimited mountain railway rides as often as you’d like! Unlimited rides on the following mountain railways: Fellhornbahn, Nebelhornbahn, Söllereckbahn, Kanzelwandbahn, Walmendingerhornbahn, Ifen Chairlift, Heubergarena. The included mountain railway ticket can be booked free of charge upon arrival. In winter, ski passes at special rates during our promotional periods!

We don’t just offer holiday apartments; with us, you’ll experience Oberstdorf hospitality in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. We want to provide you with a “temporary home” during your holiday. Our home is defined by our personal touch.

We’ll give you tips on hiking and where to stop for a bite at cosy inns, keep you informed about events, provide hiking maps, know all the “shortcuts,” and are simply your go-to contacts for any questions about your holiday. We know the names of our mountains, the difficulty levels of the ski runs, and the snow conditions. We’ll call a taxi, a doctor, a luggage service, or arrange anything else you might need. We know the weather almost as well as the weather forecast.

Our Landhaus ARKADIA is located in a quiet, upscale residential area with almost no traffic. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are just a 2-minute walk away; the Nebelhorn Cable Car, the ice rink, the Erdinger Ski Jumping Arena, and the playground are 5–10 minutes away, and the town centre is 10 minutes away.

Hike to your heart’s content—all mountain railways can be booked for free upon arrival! There’s always something happening high up in the mountains—float up into the mountains in the gondolas and let your feet take you wherever they may lead. The view of 400 peaks from the Nebelhorn is breathtaking; the Fellhorn is famous for its variety of rare flowers and plants and ranks among the most beautiful flower- and hiking-friendly mountains in the Alps. Enjoy the warm, soft patches of grass for resting, the high-altitude sunshine for lingering, and alpine huts for a cosy break.

All mountain railways in Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal—free use—for 7 days—as often as you’d like! The mountain railways at Nebelhorn, Fellhorn, Söllereck, Kanzelwandbahn, Walmendinger Horn, Ifen Chairlift, and Heubergarena. Free rides on local bus routes in Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal, as well as buses and trains throughout the Oberallgäu region.
