Choosing the right property is one of the most important decisions you'll make when booking your home away from home for your holiday. From the time you wake up in the morning, until the time you return from a day and evening of activities, you want the property that is beautiful and comfortable, close to everything, yet an oasis where you can comfortably relax and unwind, and know that your property choice is what added to the success of your vacation, and was money well spent.
The view of Bandaras Bay from this condo will leave you breathless. This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is the largest condo in the building and went through major renovations this year! Literally 1 block down the cobblestone street hill, and you've arrived to the Sapphire
and Blue Chairs, Ritmos (Green Chairs) Beach Club, and the trendy Mantamar Beach Club to name a few, where all of the beach day action is. Not only is the proximity to the beach amazing, but you're less than a 5 minute walk to the center of Old Town, or Zona Romantica, where you'll find world class restaurants, the best boutique shopping and art galleries in town, and an incredible selection of pubs, clubs and dance parties that go until the wee hours of the morning. The condo offers easy access to the main road that goes through town, Highway 200, and to the beach via stairs, so getting around couldn't be easier.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has an open air floor plan, opening up right to the bay and ocean, giving plenty of space if the maximum of 4 guests decide to share it.

One of the hidden treasures of the property is how quiet the neighborhood is. Let the crash of the waves lull you into that Mexican tranquil state of mind.

Included are all of the amenities that you've grown accustomed to: wireless internet, flat screen TV's in all rooms, music system, USB ports for international guests, large personal soaking tub, air conditioning, washer/dryer, purified water, swimming pool, huge deck area, weekly maid service, and of course that view! All of the basics are here including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and eating, bed linens, fluffy bath and beach towels and beach bags, and plenty of drawer and closet space.

A major renovation was completed in the summer of 2023, and the upgrades are spectacular! Since it was recently listed after being off the market for years, it books up fast. And a testament to its desirability are the rebookings for the next season. I promise you that it will not disappoint!

Sorry, no long term rentals since I'm in and out of the condo throughout the year, in between short term rentals. Also, sorry, no kids. Adults only.

Sublime property

Well appointed, clean, 'high-end' feel, comfortable beds, huge open balcony overlooking the pacific, listening to the waves. Wandering in town (gritty, vibrant, anything you want) so much fun and visually delightful. I plan on returning and doing some more exploration of the region. All-in-all, thoroughly and deeply satisfying property and location.

Wow!

The view was just as pictured. The mornings were filled with bird songs. You can hear the waves while u sleep. The location is awesome. Just a few steps away from all the activity. The check in and out was super simple as our host had someone meet us and came to say goodbye who also arranged a great ride back to the airport for us. Stephen, the host was always available to answer any questions. We would stay at Stephen's house again. One of our friends hadnt been to PV before so it was great that the experience surpassed any expectations he had. Thanks for such a great stay.

One of the Best in PV!

We've been traveling to PV for vacation annually since 2009. Each time, we use sites like HomeAway to find great places to stay. This has to be one of the most enjoyable condo's we've stayed in during that time. The location is awesome as you're very close to the beach yet not right in the crazy mix of loud music/nightlife of this area of PV, yet only a few flights of stairs away from it should you decide you want to be. The unit is wonderfully remodeled and appointed. The 2 bedrooms had great beds, comfortable linens and pillows and the convenience of AC and a TV in each. The bathrooms were wonderfully remodeled. Everyone commented on the luxurious feel of the more than ample number of bath towels, washcloths, etc... as well. The living space is roomy and comfortable and the VIEW, the view is amazing. The toughest part of the entire 10 days was having to leave! This is by far one of the best 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos we've experienced within easy walking distance of everything Old Town and Zona Romantica has to offer. We will definitely be staying here again and again and again should we have the chance.

Excellent Property & Fantastic Location

This is a great property. It has everything you need in the interior and it has a great view of the Banderas Bay. In addition, it is very close to blue chairs.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! A minute from the beach, a couple minute walk to the center of town, the location can't be beat! This condo is the largest unit in the building, giving you and your travel partners ample space to enjoy without bumping heads. The condo is comfortable, clean and relaxed. The views!!!

What makes this property unique

The view of Bandaras Bay is truly breathtaking. The huge deck area offers views in every direction, from the south shore to Old Town, and A LOT of BAY in between, The pictures don't lie.
