Where holidays bring joy and relaxation all year round!

Ground floor flat (120m²):

In 2009 we completely renovated our two holiday flats (object no. 434267 on the ground floor and object no. 438640 on the upper floor) on our remaining farm in an absolutely secluded location. Both flats have been awarded 4**** by the German Tourism Association. They offer enough space for up to 6 adults and 2 children each and can be rented together for holidays with friends or the whole family.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine, cooker with ceramic hob, convection oven and kettle and offers enough space to sit and chat.the living room has a large pull-out sofa, armchair, hi-fi system, satellite TV, DVD player and a large selection of games and books for all ages.the three bedrooms each have a double bed (1.80m x 2m), wardrobes and clock radios. On request we can provide an extra bed and up to two cots. We offer baby cots and high chairs free of charge, and both bathrooms have a shower and bathtub, and garden furniture is available in sufficient numbers for both flats. We also offer a barbecue, sandpit, swing, slide, football goal and basketball hoop free of charge. In our play barn you will find a sandpit, table tennis table, table football and darts. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a small fee.

Wenn die Buchungs-Plattform richtig arbeiten würde…..

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene (2 Paare) mit je einem Hund und hätten uns sehr über die 3 Schlafzimmer und 3!!!! Badezimmer aus der Beschreibung gefreut, aber es gibt nur 2!!! Badezimmer in dieser Wohnung, was die Buchungs-Plattform offensichtlich nicht korrigiert bekommt, denn auf der privaten Seite des Vermieters ist es korrekt angegeben!!!!Nichtsdestotrotz: die ebenerdige Wohnung ist sehr schön mit großem Wohn/Esszimmer, geräumigen Schlafzimmern und Bädern und einem schönen Sitzplatz hinterm Haus zum grillen und einem schönen großen Grundstück mit großen Bäumen und Sträuchern. Auf dem Weg zur Wohnung sieht man immer wieder den Westerhever-Leuchtturm über den Deich ragen, und man ist ruckzuck in SPO, Westerhever oder einem der anderen schönen Städtchen. Bei diesem Gastgeber schauen wir gerne wieder herein!

Nette Vermieter. Tolle Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen, auch wenn die Strasse vor dem Grundstück entlanggeht.
