Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete a quick Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure around here aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests, and as a result, ranks as one of the safest communities in PA! Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 5-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, the HOA makes it a hassle to add / change cars, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $375 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
