The 70m² attic apartment is in Vinisce and is right by the sea. Vinisce is a little Dalmatian village in a beautiful bay between Primosten and Trogir.

You can arrive by car, as there are two parking spaces available. The owner lives in the ground-floor apartment and is happy to assist with any queries. It is also possible to hire boats directly from the owner, at a supplementary charge.

The accommodation with a modern and tasteful decor is in the attic. It has three bedrooms, of which two each have a French bed (140 x 200cm) and the third has a single bed (90 x 200cm). The living room has a double sofa bed (140 x 200cm). The open kitchen opens onto the 30m² roof terrace, which invites you to sit and relax. It is partially roofed and has quality seating, rounded off by a sea view. You can enjoy dining there in the evening, after spending the day on the beach. One of the bedrooms also provides access to the roof terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking and baking. After cooking, the dishwasher will take care of the rest of the work, so you can just relax. A coffee and tea machine (filter or espresso), the toaster and the kettle will facilitate breakfast. The fridge also has a freezer compartment, for storing groceries optimally during your stay. The 20m² bathroom has a corner bath that you can also shower in. There is under-floor heating in all the rooms and the living and dining room has air conditioning. Use of the wireless Internet connection is free.

Vinisce is known for its many little bays with pebbled and stony beaches, inviting you to swim. Walks along the seafront are special experience. You can explore the coastal area and the nearby islands on boats offered by the owner. The rich underwater world is ideal for diving and for fishing. You can enjoy local specialities in the various local restaurants. A post office, some grocery shops, a bakery and some cafés are near the apartment within about 300 metres.
