Just steps from the main beach and offering access to three private Cable Lake beaches, this home is ideal for guests who appreciate nature, calm surroundings, and a well-cared-for space.

Cable Lake is a no-motor lake, making it ideal for swimming, kayaking, and fishing in a quiet, low-traffic environment. One of the private beaches available to guests allows fishing (guests must follow all Michigan DNR rules and regulations).

For those craving a little more action, bring your boat and enjoy a day out on Magician Lake. Magician is an all sports lake offering boating, tubing, and high-energy lake fun. The public boat launch is just 1.3 miles away.

Inside, the home is warm and welcoming, thoughtfully set up for families or small groups. Sleeping arrangements include one full bed, two twin beds, two toddler beds, and a Pack ’n Play.

Enjoy a private patio with outdoor seating, a propane grill for cookouts, and a fire pit for evening s’mores and stargazing.

The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to golf courses, breweries, wineries, and seasonal activities like snowmobiling. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure gas grill is turned off and propane tank is turned to the closed position.
The front door near the driveway is the only one with a keypad. Please lock all other doors first: front door in family room, sunroom exterior door, sunroom interior door, game room door to garage.
All swim toys must be dried and put away in the bin on the back patio.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
