The property boasts two bedrooms, one with a cast iron double bed (135 cm) and the second one with a double and a single bed (80 cm) and both with nightstands, a desk and a wardrobe. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans. The kitchen/living area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a ceran stove, a granite worktop, a microwave, a refrigerator a 32 inch LCD television and a three seater sofa. The naturally lit bathroom boasts a bathtub, a hairdryer, a bidet, a sink and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available upon request at a fee.

Furthermore, there is a private inner courtyard with a washing machine and a clothes line. The warm water is provided by solar heating.
