Spacious apartment in the center of the town a few meters from beaches and from El Balcón de Europa. Very bright and completely renovated. Parking included.
The apartment is at the top (third floor). There is no elevator, but it is easy to walk up the stairs. They are open and have their breaks.

Located in the old part of the city, near the Balcony of Europe, with many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The nearest beach, Torrecilla Beach & Promenade is about 400 meters away on foot.
