THE HOUSE IS VERY WELL SITUATED, ONLY FIVE MINUTES ON FOOT FROM THE BEACH, RESTAURANTS, CAFETERIA, SUPERMARKET AND LEISURE AREA VERY NEAR. IT HAS THREE BEDROOMS WITH TWO BEDS EACH ONE, INDEPENDENT KITCHEN (COMPLETELY EQUIPPED) TWO BATHROOMS, A FRONT PATIO WHERE THE COHE CAN BE PARKED AND ANOTHER IN THE BACK WITH TABLE, CHAIRS, TUMBONA AND BARBECUE, WITH PLASTERS. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Pilars property, it was charming with character, clean and in a fantastic location. Pilar was great host also, I would definitely book this property again.
We stayed for two months earlier thid year. The house is right in the centre of town, down a quiet street. Resteraunts and shops are very close, and the town centre less than five minute walk away.We stayed with our three dogs.
Have been to Nerja many years for walking break. Excellent location, near all amenities, beach, bars, restaurants. Property was excellent. Will look to book again

This house is situated in an excellent location although it is a quiter part of the town it is still close to shops, restaurants and bars. The house had everything that you need. Pilar is a lovely lady who is only too happy to help.
Pilar is a great host, allowed us for early check in and late check out wothout asking any extras. Plus she provided a baby cot and high chair too at no cost. We where 2 families of 3 each with 2 little baby and the house location is excellent close to the beaches and the city centre. Only counter 2 rooms with single beds are a bit small and without air conditioning. Overall, very positive experience highly recommended.
Spacious accommodation in nice house. Plenty of good quality bedding and towels. Well equipped kitchen . Very clean throughout. Pilar is an excellent host and very pleasant. Enjoyed our holiday in Nerja.

The house was in a great location and great for getting around on foot. I had a mobility scooter and was able to do things I hadn't been able to before. Pilar is a great host and nothing is a problem if you need help. Will try to go back next year.
We loved this home for it’s location, space and Pilar’s generous check in and check out times. With 6 adults, we had space hang out together and be in different locations. We had rented bikes and we had a place to park them inside the courtyard. The house was close to everything we wanted to do… cafés, beaches, a great gym, and easy to get around on the bikes. Pilar was very flexible and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend her home.

SUPER!
We rented this house 2 weeks in June 2016. We have only positive emotions. The city center, very near the sea, private parking. It was 2 weeks of this wonderful holiday. We were with a child 2 years. The child is very happy. Recommended for families with children! We'll be back in Nerja only this house!

House was in a traditional Spanish street. House set on 2 levels indoors with roof terrace. Further outside space at front and back and balcony with main bedroom.
Place was very clean and everything you would need if you want to stay in and cook or take the 10 minute walk to the main Square in Nerja via the many bars and restaurants along the way. Local supermarkets 10 seconds away with main supermarket less than 5 minutes. The lovely Beach is about 2 minutes away.
Great location and accommodation for the price
Arrived late, keys to property left in key box, host had provided code & direct tel number in case of problems.
Property description as per Vrbo sight accurate.
The property is ideally located, beaches, bars, shops & restaurants all within walking distance.
Unfortunately a total refurbishment had started on the adjoining property.
The host apologised, explained the work had started early, however there was constant hammering, banging & drilling from 8am to 16:00 for 4 days of our stay.
We very much liked this townhouse. It was in a great central location with a parking available in front which is very difficult to find now due to a great increase in tourists in Nerja in the winter months since the last time we were here.
The kitchen and dining area was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and entertain friends.
The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and we really liked the patio area off the kitchen as well as the washroom with shower there.
We had an issue with the gas hot water heater initially but this was quickly resolved by our host, Pilar, who had it replaced with an electric water heater with a tank.
Pilar was very congenial and helpful with everything and we were overall very pleased with her and this property that we stayed in for 5 weeks.

We the family of 4 people enjoyed staying in Pilar’s two storey townhouse. It has everything the travelers may ever need and more: air conditioner on each floor, on site parking at the front yard behind a gate, a nice patio at the backyard, a well equipped kitchen with a natural gas stove, a convenient master bedroom on the 2nd floor, and one more room. Each floor has a separate bathroom.
You can easily walk to the nearest clean beach in 5 minutes. There are lots of grocery stores and restaurants in a walking distance from the house. The popular area around the Balcony of Europe is nearby, 10 minutes walking from the house. Visit the town museum there, it is well organized and informative, and you can learn about history of Nerja, including its distant past. Pilar is very helpful, and it is easy to communicate with her. We wish that we could stay longer in her house.
Bad property preparation for gas hot water, smells and Electricity cutouts
Within the first 10 days we had to remain in the property 4 days to assist owner and tradesmen to try to repair smells, hot water not working and electricity cutouts which should have been done before our arrival.
Even after the repairs, the hot water was very difficult to balance between heat and water pressure.
Additionally, we found the lounge stunk of an unknown source, cleaning did not eradicate the smell and deodorizing was repeatedly done with little effect.
We asked the owner for some sort of compensation for this issues and was told that she would fix anything but no discount or refund of the rent.
In our opinion the house is not suitable for long term winter rental as it has no direct sunlight and is generally cold.
