We hope and believe that our tenants will restore what you borrow so it is available until the next tenant checks in. Due to allergy sufferers, there is an animal-free and smoking ban both indoors and out on the balcony as well as the roof terrace.

In a long line of beautiful areas on the Costa del Sol, Nerja is undoubtedly the crown jewel, and in Nerja the Parador is one of the best areas. In Pueblo Andaluz (the area where the house is located), the classic Andalucian white-washed village architecture is blended with fine greenery with two pool areas. The area is only 45 minutes from Malaga Airport, where there is a. a. Norweigan, SAS and Ryanair fly.

The property is in a lovely complex and the pool is second to none. The property had everything that was needed and was clean. Personally I would have preferred the fridge to be empty and not stocked with previous visitors leftover food, especially the out of date milk! The shopping trolley was a bonus for the supermarket shop. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed ourselves. Many thanks Anna

Wonderful holidays at Casa Nieve

We had perfect two weeks in Anna’s lovely guest house in Nerja! It was perfect for a family (2 adults, 2 kids). We found everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, games…. We definitely recommend this Appartement and Anna as a host!

Lovely townhouse close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The roof terrace and outdoor patio were brilliant additional outdoor spaces and the communal pool was a really good size especially for our children. The property is in a really good location to the beach and main town/restaurants but really quite at night and early morning which again was great with keeping the children asleep! Anna was great at responding to our questions and really helpful with recommendations etc.

Lovely little house in quiet area

We had a lovely stay in this cozy property located in a pretty, quiet neighbourhood a short walk from Nerja's central area and beaches. Communication with Anna was very easy from the beginning, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Burriana beach is just 10 minutes away, even though we preferred to walk a little further to the more sandy coves around the Balcón de Europa. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen and lovely rooftop terrace. The air-conditioning works with a timer, which makes perfect sense to save energy, but it does mean that you can't leave it on all night if it's hot and humid. There is also a ceiling fan and as long as there's a breeze and you keep the window open it's fine, though. Parking can be a challenge in Nerja, but we managed to find spots near the house without much trouble.

Really nice area

On arrival at property cleaners arrived at same time so we had to leave for a couple of hours to allow them to prepare apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything you could need. The roof terrace got the sun all day although it was right next to a school playground so it was a bit noisy at times but not really that much of a problem. Only hiccup was no uk channels on tv unless you could subscribe via your phone. We had the same thing at another property last year and was told it is commonplace in Sweden , not in the uk though. So if you want to watch anything except YouTube it will be a problem. There is a direct road down to the beach but it is very steep, you can go via heart attack hill but it’s just the same. We knew that anyway but anyone with mobility issues would need to get a taxi or avoid that area all together. The outside of the apartment is very nice, well maintained and close to the pool. All in all a great holiday, Nerja is a lovely place.

Good House but...

The house in general is as described but we had several "but" that made our stay worse. 1. Cleaning was not correct. Dirty towels. The shower tray with footprints. The washing machine full of dirt. So...the first day of vacations we had to clean :( 2. Broken things in the house. Broken toilet seat (Fixed in 3 days). Broken umbrella on the roof (it had a solution but we didn't realize) 3. Air conditioning with buttons that limit the current for a maximum of 2 hours (this is crazy and more so in hot summer nights. It must to be indicated in the description. For the price you pay, it's not fair, in my own house I'm not so strict). Communication with the owner is good. She was in the process of changing the cleaning service as a result of our complaints.

Lovely home in a great location

My husband and myself spent a fortnight in Anna’s home. She is a lovely host and had left everything you could possibly need from thick socks to umberellas! Thankfully we mainly missed the rain and because we weren’t familiar with this area explored a lot by walking and trying the cheap buses to visit cities, towns and villages in the vicinity. The rooftop terrace is a real bonus when the weather is good. The beds are the most comfortable we have slept in too! We did have a problem with the power supply tripping out when we first arrived but with great communication from Anna the electrician quickly identified the problem and fixed it. But this was just one of those things. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend both the house and the vicinity. The only comment I would say is it’s advertised as having cable and satellite TV and with a dvd player. It doesn’t have any of these unfortunately. The large television is a smart television connected to the internet and we didn’t have the equipment to connect to it. In the instructions we were sent about the property it stated there was an ipad to connect to the television but this wasn’t provided which was disappointing. Anna did offer complimentary tapas/drinks but because we were on day trips out couldn’t take up her kind offer.

Haus in toller Lage mit super Dachterrasse!

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt! Fußläufig sind Supermärkte (3 min.), der tolle Bäcker Ruiz (5 min.), der beste Strand in Nerja mit guten Lokalen (5 min.), jede Menge Restaurants (15 min.) und der Balcon de Europa zu erreichen. Super ist die mit Lounge-Möbeln ausgestattete Dachterrasse, auf der wir auch immer gefrühstückt haben. Internet ist überall im Haus gut und auch auf der Dachterrasse zu empfangen. Der Kühlschrank ist schön groß und kühlt auch richtig! Es war überall sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur über Anna auf Englisch war problemlos. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :-)

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants in der sehr nahen Umgebung. Wir waren im August zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager) dort. Für uns war es die perfekte Größe, auch eine weitere Person wäre kein Problem gewesen. Es war zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr gut, dass die Wohnung eine Klimaanlage besitzt. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung ist top. Vor allem die Küche ist ungewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist die schöne Dachterrasse. Diese haben wir sehr oft abends genutzt, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen, wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren. Der Kontakt mit Anna war unkompliziert und sie hatte viele gute Tipps für uns, von denen wir einige genutzt haben. Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen dort. Vom Flughafen Málaga gut und recht schnell zu erreichen. Die Parksituation war in der Hochsaison manchmal etwas kompliziert, aber gefunden haben wir trotzdem immer einen. Der Pool war sehr schön und nie übermäßig voll. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

La mejor casa en la que he estado con mucha diferencia, a la casa no le falta de nada, todo el equipamiento super completo, la urbanización donde está muy chula y bien cuidada, bastante cerca de la playa y aunque no había mucho aparcamiento yo en la primera semana de julio no tuve ningún problema para aparcar en la misma calle, la anfitriona muy bien, contestaba todas las dudas a través de la aplicación muy pronto. En definitiva le doy un 10

Fräsch och välstädat, med allt man behöver och mer därtill! Nära till poolen som var lugn och stillsam - inget för stojande småbarnsfamiljer kanske. Stor fin strand ligger på gångavstånd, kan upplevas som lite tungt på hemvägen när man ska upp för backen i värmen men väldigt vacker utsikt på vägen dit! En kort promenad till massor av mysiga restauranger och folkliv på kvällarna. Nerja med omgivning är en pärla vi vill besöka igen och då bor vi gärna här, tack för en härlig vecka!

Perfekt boende, ingenting att klaga på. Lugnt område men ändå nära till både strand som restauranger. Väl utrustat kök med diskmaskin och frys. Två toaletter och AC i sovrummen. Gott om uteplatser och nära till poolen. Kan inte bli annat än toppbetyg!

Tolle Ausstattung, toll gelegen

Das Haus, im Prinzip eine Doppelhaushälfte, liegt in einer wunderbaren grünen Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen, Blumen, kleinen Gäßchen, etc.. Die Häuser sind weiß getüncht, oft sitzen die Bewohner in geselliger Runde vor dem Haus, hat alles südländischen Flair. Auch der Pool ist sauber und groß. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, wirklich alles, was man benötigt. Küchenutensilien sind alle vorhanden. Außerdem eine herrliche Dachterrasse, sogar mit Pantry-Küche inkl. Kühlschrank, großer Gasgrill, Sonnenschirm, Liegen, etc. Es gibt Strandspiele, die man sich mitnehmen kann, auch Strandstühle. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Gegenüber der Anlage ist ein Sparmarkt, nicht riesig, aber alles Wesentliche ist zu haben. Zum Burriana-Strand sind´s nur wenige Minuten die Straße runter . Ich war mit Freundinnen da, aber es ist auch perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Ich würde dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten, es war ein toller Aufenthalt

Super goed verzorgd.

Wij hebben met veel plezier 1 week doorgebracht in het appartement. Het zag er zeer verzorgd en schoon uit. Tot onze verbazing was de keuken voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig hebt tot kruiden, koffie en andere levensmiddelen aan toe. De eigenaar (Anna) van het appartement was zeer vriendelijk en het contact verliep erg goed. Het enige nadeel was de trap waarvan de onderkant door de woonkamer liep. Hieraan kon je flink je hoofd stoten. Wij willen Anna bedanken voor de enorme gastvrijheid.
