Fantastic 3 bedroom penthouse located 600 metres from the award winning Burriana Beach, with communal pool, within a gated well kept complex of 15 properties. This lovely property has a large south west facing terrace with French doors leading from the large double bedroom and the lounge.
​The views of the town of Nerja, the sea and mountains are spectacular. The lounge and dining area are open plan , off of which there is a spiral staircase leading to a very large private roof terrace. Off of the dining area is the fully fitted independent kitchen .The property has two tasteful bathrooms, one en-suite with a walk in shower and a full guest bathroom with full bath. Fully furnished to a high standard, with airconditioning throughout this would make the ideal base for a holiday in Nerja. WiFi available and International TV stations.

Nerja, Burriana Beach

Lovely house in an excellent location. Everything was clean and tidy as to be expected. John was great. He called round and mended the washing machine as soon as I contacted him and was very flexible and accommodating with requests. Both Burriana Beach and Nerja have lots to offer in terms of eating out. We had a great week.

Wunderschöner Ausblick in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in Nerja. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hat einen wundervollen Ausblick über die Stadt vom Meer bis zu den Bergen, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Rückweg dauert etwas länger, weil es steil bergauf geht.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, Antworten kamen immer schnell. John war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles.Nur für die Sauberkeit gibt es etwas Abzug. In den Ecken, unter den Betten und hinter den Bettschränkchen war es sehr staubig. Da wurde länger nicht gefegt oder gesaugt. Und die Ameisen (ein paar wenige) waren etwas lästig.Ansonsten bietet die Wohnung alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.
