Newly renovated apartment in top class with fantastic sea views!!
My renovated 3-room apartment is located in central Nerja. From the balcony on the 5th floor you enjoy one of the best views of the mountains and sea you can get.
The apartment is close to all what Nerja has to offer, you look down to the city's largest and most popular beach, Burriana Beach, which you reach with a 5 minute walk. Burriana beach also has a number of restaurants.
The old town with shopping, restaurants and the fantastic environment that the small streets offer can be reached in a 10 minutes walk. To the city's most famous place, Balcon de Europa another 5 minutes walk.
The apartment has undergone a total renovation where everything is new; kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room, wardrobes, furniture including 42 "smart TV, Wifi, new beds, new kitchen utensils, nespresso machine, new washing / drying machine etc..

The apartment was in a good location, clean with everything you needed. Unfortunately, we booked this apartment due to it having access to a pool. We were not informed of the temporary closure until after booking the apartment. Apart from that which was a disappointment everything else was as we booked.

Wonderful stay at the heart of Nerja

My wife and I stayed four nights in this wonderful apartment in Nerja and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is on the 5th floor and offers very nice views over the town and towards the ocean. The swimming pool was under renovation during our stay so we didn't spend any time at the pool area, but enjoyed short walks instead to the beach, the old town center, and Balcón de Europa.Some restaurants we can highly recommend in the old town include Trattoria Italia, Scarletta's and D'Vinos gastrobar, as well as the Swedish bakery (Nybakat) down by Burriana beach - not the cheapest but the quality of their breads and pastries ... wow!Check-in and check-out were super convenient and Christin was the perfect host, very reachable and always happy to answer any questions we had.Overall, a 10-out-of-10 experience and we definitely plan on coming back!

Fantastisk lägenhet, med en underbar utsikt

Vi har haft en toppen vecka i denna härliga lägenhet. Allt är precis som på bilderna, utsikten från balkongen är ännu bättre i verkligheten. Rent, fräscht och värden svarade direkt vid frågor. Ligger perfekt med en kort promenad till Burriana, och ca 15 min promenad till staden. Vi kommer absolut komma tillbaka!!

Die Aussicht und Lage waren super. Appartement schlicht eingerichtet. Auslade Möglichkeiten (Parken) sehr schlecht. Trotz 6. Etage laut. Balkon ohne Markise, Wohnzimmer ohne Vorhänge/Sonnenschutz. Möbel abgewohnt, Geschirr kaputt.

Two bed with sea view.

The apartment is immaculate and obviously has been refurbished to a high standard with all you need in there to cook etc. Really nice roof terrace overlooking the sea with tables/chairs. There is a step outside the bathroom that we all tripped up as we came out off the bathroom on so maybe this can be looked as I think a small hazard. We were actually expecting two beds in the second bedroom as our children were staying not one small double but made this work. (as per the details) All in all a super location, great apartment. Thank you.

Beautiful property, the pictures don't really do justice as to how big the apartment is. Everything there you need, prime location. Lovely pool area, easy walk to the beach, hill back but it's not far at all. Will want to book again

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung von Christin verbracht. Diese war sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts und der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Der Kontakt zu Christin war immer sehr freundlich und sie hat jede Frage immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder auch in der Altstadt, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants liegen fussläufig. Auch der Selbst-Check-In ist sehr komfortabel!

Fin lägenhet, helt nyrenoverad. Perfekt för fyra personer. Fantastisk balkong med härlig utsikt över hav och omgivning. Bekvämt gångavstånd till stranden om än backe. Burriana beach som ligger närmast har stort utbud av restauranger och vattensport. Blir djupt nästan direkt. Grus/sand på stranden.

A beautiful property with stunning views. This apartment has been kitted out perfectly, everything you need but very simple. We would definately return and felt very lucky to have found this. There were just 2 of us and it was perfect. Great location as you can walk everywhere.

Beautiful apartment in Nerja

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment close to Burriana Beach and a short walk to pretty much everything in Nerja. The apartment is modern and the finishes are luxurious. Perfect for 4 people with two double bedrooms. The view from the balcony is spectacular! We highly recommend it if you want a great stay in Nerja! Host Christin was friendly and very helpful!

Amazing property

This property is everything and more for what you would want/need in Nerja. The owner has thought of absolutely everything you would need inside the apartment and it’s very thoughtful. Beautifully decorated and clean. Great location as well. Is up a bit of a hill from the beach but if you don’t mind walking it’s fine.

Family get together.

Our week away was to catch up with family who live in Nerja. Apartment was clean, well fitted out (except for the rug in the lounge with the knotted ends - so much of a trip hazard that we had to roll it up and put it out of the way) and in a good location. Only down side was that the pool area looked a bit tired, albeit that was mainly due to the stains on walls left by the storms from the Sahara. The directions and information sent by email were in Swedish, so if we had not known the area all that well it should have been a bit difficult. All in all a good holiday - thankyou.

A fabulous apartment in Nerja

The apartment is in a lovely area of Nerja not far from the Burriana Beach and near to many very good restaurants in the centre of Nerja. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped with amazing views from the balcony. I would highly recommend a stay here.
