Enjoy this newly remodeled home located within walking distance to Notre Dame. This home features 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, 1 bathroom, and a full-size sleeper sofa. After your event at Notre Dame, relax and cookout on the new deck in the private backyard. The outdoor area also features a fire pit and backyard games for your entertainment. Off street parking for up to three cars and fast wifi is also available. A dedicated workspace is available for those working in between the fun.

We own and operate a few short-term rentals. The first two are in the South Bend area. We originally fell in love with the area when visiting it frequently when our children were playing hockey. After launching these, we learned how much we enjoy hosting and decided to add a lake property.
