The three-star holiday apartment is on the upper floor of our three-family house. The living and dining room, as well as the balcony, afford a wonderful panoramic view over the surrounding mountains and of Bergen. The whole property enjoys a particularly quiet, central and sunny location. It is only a few minutes to the village square.

The apartment was newly built in 2007 and has a quality interior. It measures around 60m2 and comprises a bathroom, kitchen, living room-bedroom. The new built-in kitchen is fully-equipped and the bathroom includes a washing machine and dryer. The living room is equipped with a stereo system and cable TV. The electrically adjustable footers and headers of the bed are a special highlight. You can use a telephone and Wi-Fi. It is possible to set up your own intercom. The rooms in detail: the living room has a big panoramic window with darkening blinds, a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, a coffee table, a Halogen ceiling lamp, a side table and lamp, a stereo system, cable TV with remote control, high-quality parquet flooring. The dining room has a two-seater sofa, three chairs, a dining table, a cupboard and high-quality parquet flooring. The bedroom area provides two beds, a dresser, seating, a skylight and high-quality parquet flooring. The hallway and entrance area have built-in wardrobes. The bathroom comprises a washbasin, an illuminated wall mirror, toilet, shower, towel radiator, electric ventilation, a washing machine and dryer, a skylight and a white-tiled floor. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, extractor fan to the outdoors, fridge with freezer compartment, skylight, high-quality parquet flooring, cookware and tableware.

There is a parking area by the house. The roofed balcony has a table and two deckchairs.

We are classified as three-star. We would qualify as four-star were it not for the combined living room and bedroom.

Schöne kleine FeWo für zwei
Private Unterkunft im 2 Familien Haus oben. Großes Appartement mit durch Vorhang abgeteiltem Schlafbereich für zwei Personen. Küche geht in Essbereich und von da in Wohnbereich über. Internet TV. Großer Balkon, Bad mit Fenster, Waschmaschine und Trockner, eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine und ausreichend Geschirr. Sehr nette Vermieter wohnen unten und sind jederzeit ansprechbar. E -Bikes werden in der Garage verschlossen. Gute, ruhige Lage 800 Meter vom Zentrum. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Chiemgau und den angrenzenden Bergen. Hochfelln, Hochgern. Salzburg in 45 Minuten zu erreichen. Für uns der optimale Standort. Nach 30 Jahren mal wieder in Bergen. Werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Nette Vermieter. Wunderschöne Gegend, vor allem der Ausblick vom Balkon. Gute Lage, da nahe an der Autobahn. Sehr zu empfehlen!
