Cozy farm house right on the edge of town. This 2 king bedroom home offers ensuite bathrooms, and a full open living and kitchen space. Enjoy the peace & quiet of The Gilchrist Farm with the convenience of being close to local amenities. Front porch rocking chairs and a backyard firepit invite you to relax at sunset. Dog friendly home. Only 2.5 miles to Downtown, 3.5 miles to central dining/shopping (Starbucks, Walmart, etc.), 5 miles to Scotia Village. This home is a 100+ year old farm house lovingly renovated into a comfortable, modern home. Two King bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, sit privately on opposite sides of the house. A cozy living room opens into a full kitchen with all the appliances/amenities needed for your home away from home, complete with a full capacity washer and dryer in the foyer. This is a dog friendly house. Keypad guest entry is on the side door, with parking to the right of the house next to the side porch.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Towels: Please leave used towels on bathroom floors.
Trash: Outdoor trash can is located next to the grill on the back left corner of the house.
Locking up: Make sure front door is locked from the inside. Upon exiting side door, make sure door is fully shut, and press the X button on the keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
