Very clean with all the amenities. Nice touch with the bottle of wine! We were there on a fishing trip to Lake Ray Roberts. The house is very centrally located to the lake with easy access to three boat ramps including the state park. Lots of food options close by. If you are pulling a boat, there is a very nice, wide driveway for backing in. I would highly recommend this property if you are needing a place to stay in the Pilot Point/Lake Ray Roberts area.
