This unit is located in Asunción’s corporate center, just a few steps from the two largest shopping malls, giving you access to the best restaurants and stores without the need for a vehicle.



From its rooftop, you can enjoy stunning views of the city, featuring a variety of vegetation and different tree species, as well as the Asunción Bay, which belongs to the Paraguay River.



The Space:

This space has been designed to offer maximum comfort and an unforgettable stay. It features two cozy bedrooms, furnished with one queen bed and two single beds, as well as two full bathrooms for added convenience. The balcony offers pleasant views, perfect for relaxing.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, coffee maker, mixer, and a barbecue multitool, along with all necessary dishes and utensils. The accommodation also provides an iron, bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, two Smart TVs, and furniture with ample storage space.



The building, completed at the end of 2024, offers excellent amenities: a gym with aerobic, weight training, and TRX areas; a semi-Olympic swimming pool; a coworking space; and laundry facilities.



Guest Access:

Upon arrival, please check in at the building’s reception (24/7 receptionist and security), present your reservation, and then use the numeric code to open the digital lock.



Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities, including:

* A gym with cardio, weights, and TRX areas

* A semi-Olympic swimming pool

* A coworking space

* A laundry room with washers and dryers



The Neighborhood:

The building is located in a strategic area with easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, and the city’s main avenues.



Getting Around:

Transportation options and nearby services are also easily available. We recommend using Uber for a comfortable and safe way to get around the city.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is NOT pet-friendly.

Smoking: Please do NOT smoke inside the apartment. You may do so on the balcony or in the designated smoking areas within the building amenities.



There is construction taking place near the building. Between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., some noise may be noticeable. Outside of these hours, the surroundings are quiet and safe. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so we provide earplugs upon request.



Pool & Solarium: Guests may use the pool throughout their stay, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.



Gym: Guests over the age of 15 (fifteen) are allowed to use the gym, from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
