Everything was great! Clean, comfortable, quiet and yet walkable to Broadway and the gulch. We had a great stay! Super comfy beds and nice that it had 2 separate rooms. The host was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. Will definitely be rebooking the next time we come!

The owner was very responsive to any questions and made sure we were able to contact him if there was anything we need. The room had everything we needed for our stay and was clean. The only thing we wished we knew beforehand was if you came home late on the weekend, free parking in the garage was full. However, there was ample parking in another garage in the building which you had to pay for but we were given a nice discount by scanning the code posted around the facility. The other nights we easily found free parking in the garage even when we came home late.I highly recommend a stay here if you want something close to attractions which you can easily walk to. And the balcony and pool were a nice bonus!!
