The house was built in 2014. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. All rooms - except the kitchen - have reversible air conditioning. This can be used for air conditioning as well as heating. There is also a hoover system integrated into the house. From the holiday home you have a beautiful view of the Serra de Monchique, a mountain range in the west of the Algarve.
In the 140 m² basement you will find a garage where up to five vehicles can be parked and a room that can be used as a bedroom. There is a 160 cm-wide bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe. The 100 m² ground floor of the holiday home comprises a living room with a dining area. The living room has a large leather sofa, a 140 cm wide flat-screen TV and a DVD player. A dining table seats up to eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a large fridge with freezer compartment and plenty of utensils for eight people, including a coffee machine, toaster and pots and pans. On the first floor is a bedroom with a 160 cm-wide bed. A second bedroom has two 90 cm-wide single beds. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes. There are three bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. A hairdryer is also available. There is also a separate guest toilet.
From the double bedroom (160 cm) on the first floor, you have access to an unfurnished terrace. There is also a second terrace without garden furniture on the first floor. There is a roof terrace on the second floor. There is a solar system here. There are three designer sun loungers and three PVC sun loungers at the private pool. Relax on the terrace with garden furniture: There is a garden table with six chairs, a three-seater garden sofa, two outdoor armchairs and a small table. The swimming pool is surrounded by a small garden. A barbecue is available for relaxing evenings after a day at the pool. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children.
You can go shopping for bread and rolls on foot in the morning. Other shops are just 600 metres from the holiday home, including a large shopping centre, boutiques and supermarkets such as Jumbo. The Praia da Rocha beach is around 1.5 kilometres from the holiday home and can be reached by stairs or a ramp. This makes it easier to access with pushchairs, for example. The centre and port of Portimao with its restaurants, cafés and bars are around 800 metres away. The large weekly indoor market, which takes place every day between 8am and 2pm, is also around 800 metres from the holiday home. There is a disco about a kilometre away. The house is not suitable for party groups. The age of travelling companions must be stated when booking.
