The house is in a beautiful spot about 1.5km above Flattach. Owing to the optimal location there is hardly a day when you are not greeted by the sun in the morning.

The site measures around 1700m², providing ample space for children to play. It also has a swing, a slide, a sandpit and a little treehouse for children. There are two parking spaces in the car port and one to two other free parking spaces.





A cot, a highchair and a changing table can be provided if required.
