This house is conveniently located in the Camelback Corridor between 32nd street and 40th street. It is within walking distance to 24 hour fitness, Safeway and numerous restaraunts, and shops. You are a very short drive away from virtually anything you need.

We have lived most of our lives in alaska and finally purchased our own place in the sun. Unfortunately for us, and lucky for you, we still have kids in school and cannot spend as much time in the desert as we would like. We are working hard at furnishing our vacation home the way we want it and with the creature comforts that we seek when vacationing ourselves. Why Jeff Duvernay chose Camelback East
We were staying down the street from this house and noticed it was for sale. We weren't really in the market but looked into the backyard while on a walk one day and it blew us away. We absolutely love the location, walking distance to dynamite restaraunts, fun bars, and THE GELATTO SPOT! You add great shopping, golfing, hiking, etc and only 15 minutes from the airport and we had to have it. The pebbletech pool is gorgeous and is 11' deep so it stays cool and refreshing in the summer. We just converted it to saltwater and installed a heater so we can fully enjoy it year round. We also added a gas fire pit to gather around in the evening.
What makes this house unique
We are 'foodies' and love to cook, entertain and enjoy discovering good places to eat. We have a Trader Joes and a Whole Foods 2 1/2 miles away and we are about a mile from AJ's (Amazing wine selection and butcher shop). We also have some excellent restaraunts within walking distance (The Collins & Tomasso's) and many more within a couple mile radius (Chelsea's Kitchen, Postino, LGO, Beckett's Table, True foods) and the list goes on and on.
