Decent apartment for a few nights in Phoenix. Location is walkable to bars, restaurants and sports. The windows overlook Roosevelt so it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper. The biggest downside is that only one key is provided for the building, so if the group wants to split up, there has to be coordination to make sure those without the key can access the building and elevator. At a minimum, two keys should be provided.
