The location of the villa is ideal for visiting the most beautiful towns in central Italy: from Assisi to Siena, Cortona, Perugia, Florence and Rome, all within a radius of a maximum of two hours.

The 80m² holiday apartment is on the first floor.

It has a kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. The living and dining area is furnished with sofas and has a fireplace (firewood available on request). The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and WC.

The apartment features a balcony and a terrace with a pergola, table, chairs and deckchairs. Both afford a lovely view of the lake.
