The holiday home is located between the two main attractions of this province: Perugia (13 km) and lake Trasimeno (20 km). Perugia is a lively student town where you can spend many hours in cafés, at its squares and along its shopping streets. Lake Trasimeno with its beautiful clear blue water, offers many possibilities. In the religious town Assisi (30 km) you will find a big colonnade and the famous St. Francis basilica, beautifully restored after the 1997 earthquake.
