Ray's House - GLICINE Apartment

The apartments available to our guests in an old stone farmhouse of the late '700 overlooking the lake, in the countryside with private pool, in a quiet central location and excellent overview to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the lake. the historical center of Passignano, restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. Lake Trasimeno and boarding for the islands 500 mt, 700 mt train station. Pets are welcome.

Great place & great host

we enjoyed very much the beatifull place of Raymonda - typical house and nice garden with pool! She is very helpfull with all your needs to have a nice stay. Also DiDi ( her cute dog ) is very sweet and we felt very welcome with our dog 😍

Amazing Stay

This rental was simply wonderful! Beautiful property, amazing owner, and a great location! The property is in a great spot for exploring Umbria and Tuscany. The town is super quaint, and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

The perfect holiday

Ray's place is the perfect holiday hideaway, well located for the lake and the town. It is secluded and private, with a great pool, yet a short walk to the lake shore and restaurants, bars etc. Ray, the owner is a lovely lady, who took care of us very well. One of the best holiday lets of the many we have rented.

Excellent stay!

I stayed for a week in the Gilcine apartment with my daughter and the property was excellent. It was immaculately clean, very spacious and the old farmhouse has been wonderfully restored and furnished by Raymonda. The location is stunning with views of the lake from the house and pool and it’s just a few minutes walk to the centre of the town, where there is lots of restaurants etc. Raymonda is a great host and I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. We would definitely want to stay here again, 10/10!

A beautiful apartment with great pool, all in short walking distance of town

We stayed for a week in one of the apartments and had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spacious and part of an old farmhouse with thick stone walls, beautiful pool and outdoor space to enjoy. The house is situated toward the top of a hill and in very easy walking distance of the town, with lots of good, family friendly bars and restaurants. Our host Raimonda was great, living on site she was always available if you needed anything, or wanted to talk about the local area / recommendations. We really enjoyed our chats! Thank you Raimonda, we hope to be back at some point in the future!

Perfect!

Raimonda is a genuine and lovely host, available for every need but discreet at the same time. The property is amazing, a characteristic stone house with an attractive pool, close to all services reachable by 10 minutes walk. It was a relaxing holiday, perfect for people wishing to wind down, but in a location enabling to explore the lake and all its attractions, plus cities nearby with no need of a car - train station is quite close and Perugia is 20 minutes away. I will definitely consider to come back and visit what I couldn't for the extraordinary hot weather that stopped us from leaving the tranquillity and coolness of the swimming pool. Thanks for everything Ray!

La gentile signora ci ha accolto nella sua casa originale. Il parco è fantastico e la piscina è il punto di forza assolutamente. Il tramonto sul Lago Trasimeno finisce ogni giornate di relax.

Traditionelles Bauernhaus mit viel Charme

Sehr schönes, traditionelles italienisches Bauernhaus mit bemerkenswerter antiker Einrichtung. Raimonda wohnt auf dem Anwesen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Unangefochtenes Highlight ist der Salzwasser-Pool. Wir hatten diesen großen Pool für uns ganz alleine. Auch der Garten mit seinen vielen blühenden Pflanzen … Rosmarin wächst hier in Heckenform und duftet überall … ist sehr schön. Es ist absolut ruhig und dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am See. In Punkto Sauberkeit könnte etwas nachgebessert werden (Mülleimer, WC-Bürste, Dusche). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Ein Paradies!

Wir waren vom 02.05.2015 zwei Wochen dort und haben unsere Hochzeitsreise dort verbracht! Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt im Garten Eden! Was für ein phantastischer Garten; dort am Pool zu sitzen inmitten dieser wunderschön gepflegten Farbenpracht fühlt sich an, als wäre man im Paradies. Man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den See und ist trotzdem für sich. Auch die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Sie hat viel Platz, ist sehr sauber und sprüht vor antikem Scharm!
