Old, romantic restored country house between lawns and wooded hills, grain fields and sunflowers, in evocative valley of the Tevere, between Perugia and Umbertide, to the border between Tuscany, Romagna and Marches. Maison agréable au charme rustique, et hôte charmant et à l’écoute. Grand jardin et piscine bien entretenue. Parfait pour des vacances en famille et dans un calme absolu. La région est magnifique et fourmille de villages à découvrir, au delà des incontournables Pérouse et Assise. Un dépaysement garanti et bien entendu soleil tous les jours.

Calme et repos dans un vaste domaine

Maison familiale d'époque situé sur une petite colline, on rejoint ce domaine qui est au milieu d'une petite forêt par un petit chemin forestier. Vous y serez seul au monde, juste accompagné par le chant des cigales et les clochette des moutons. La maison est immenses, il n'y manque rien pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Barbecue au feux de bois pour de belles soirées en famille apres avoir profité de la grande piscine. Une fois la nuit venue, installez vous autour de celle-ci pour observer la voûte étoilé et ses nombreuses etoiles filantes. A recommander fortement pour oublier nos vies si agitée et profiter de la beauté de la region et de la très grande gentillesse et disponibilité de notre Hôte Piergiogio et de sa maman.

Belle découverte

Une grande propriété un peu isolée ( chemin sur 2 km mais pas si loin que ça de Pérouse) dans un environnement ombragé, à éclaircir peut être autour de la piscine. Nous avons été bercé par les clochettes des montons que nous aurions aimé apercevoir un peu plus. Nous avons pu explorer avec plaisir les beaux villages et sites incontournables de l'Ombrie. Et pour conclure, le propriétaire Piergiorgio est très sympathique et réactif si un problème surgit.

Un mese incantato immersi nel silenzio e la pace delle colline umbre... natura stupenda...abbiamo visto volpi cinghiali caprioli lepri...e insetti meravigliosi. Un luogo bellissimo che diventa magico di notte quando mille lucciole illuminano il bosco. Proprietari sempre attenti e disponibili. UN GRANDE GRAZIE a Fatos, il nostro super eroe tutto fare, sempre pronto a correre in nostro aiuto !!!!🤣

Quiet & rustic house surrounded by pine trees

This is a rustic house surrounded by pine trees so it’s a lovely and quiet location far from busy cities. We loved the huge garden and the pool to keep cool. There is no WiFi and hardly any mobile coverage there so you won’t be distracted by modern technology and can enjoy swimming, a good book or playing pétanque. You will need a car to visit the nearby towns such as Perugia, Corciano, Gubbio or Spello.

Pace e tranquillità

Antica Dimora, tipica casa di campagna immersa nel bosco. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo passato una splendida settimana di pace e relax. È un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le meravigliose città umbre (Assisi, Gubbio, Spello... sono a pochi km!). Grazie a Piergiorgio che è stato super gentile!!!

Endroit calme, isolé et reposant. La maison manque cependant de confort

Maison dans son "jus" , le confort est rudimentaire : capacité de 8 personnes, mais seulement deux chaises longues autour de la piscine. L'équipement est limité, dans la cuisine peu de matériel, il n'y a par exemple aucun verre à vin, pas d'ustensiles pour le barbecue etc....... Mais le propriétaire est très sympa et l'endroit est particulièrement reposant.

Ottima location

Siamo tornati alla Tana delle Volpi per la seconda volta dopo qualche anno. Ci aveva affascinato la location e la sua atmosfera. Abbiamo passato giorni all'insegna del relax e divertimento! I proprietari, molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno indicato una tomba etrusca nella vicinanze insieme ad altri borghi antichi da visitare. La casa è molto ben pulita e curata nei minimi particolari pur mantenendo la sua rustica natura, come dimostra la nuova cucina in stile provenzale! La consiglierei certamente!

Un véritable havre de paix!

Magnifique propriété familale, "le terrier des renards" (nous n'en aurons vu qu'un seul) est un petit bijou, avec son extérieur sensationel et son intérieur plein de vieux objets qui racontent des histoires. Très bien située dans la région pour visiter Assise, Gubbio, Spoleto, Solomeo, le lac et ses îles, Corciano etc. et bien sûr Perugia, elle est propice au repos, à la contemplation et au retour aux choses simples de la nature. Franchement idéale pour décompresser de nos vie souvent urbaines...et pleine de stress! L'accueil est excellent, le séjour l'est tout autant.

Bella casa di campagna spaziosa e immersa nel verde. Grande spazio esterno curato dove siamo stati benissimo anche grazie al tempo clemente. Eravamo in 8, di cui 2 bambini, + 2 cani e tutti sono stati benissimo. Interessanti anche i giri nei dintorni. Gentilissimi sia i proprietari che JAN. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare presto.

Un chemin de terre qui mo...

Un chemin de terre qui monte très pratiquable conduit à la magnifique propriété familiale depuis plusieurs générations, isolée dans la campagne avec grande maison très joliment décorée. A signaler en sous sol, une bibliothèque et salle de jeu avec table de ping pong. Un vaste jardin ombragé, peuplé de pins et de cyprès où il fait bon se reposer, avec piscine privative et terrain de boule pour les amateurs(!). Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont venus de Rome nous attendre à la sortie de l'autoroute pour nous guider à la propriété (15 mn en voiture)et qui est bien située pour visiter la proche région (Pérouse, Gubbio, Assise,Spello,le lac Transimene,...). Des informations utiles et conseils de sorties culturelles du sympathique Mr Jan qui habite à qq km et vient un jour sur deux nettoyer la piscine et dont l'épouse est guide (nombreux festivals de musique en été dans la région y compris dans les petits villages de charme comme Preggio, Castel Rigone,...). Nous avons ainsi passé de magnifiques vacances à la Tana delle Volpi que nous avons eu du mal à quitter à chacune de nos sorties "en ville".

Il nostro soggiorno alla tana delle volpi

Un posto incantevole!!! Il viale d'ingresso si fa strada tra pini selavatici, tutt'intorno una vasta esplosione di natura incontaminata, fanno da benvenuto! Nascosta da una florida vegetazione, quasi appartata, circondata da uno splendido roseto, si trova la piscina, che gode di un'ottima esposizione al sole. Solo in fondo al bosco/giardino, spunta fuori la casa, in tipico stile rurale, fedelmente restaurata ed arredata con molte suppellettili d'epoca... Insomma un vero e proprio viaggio in altri tempi ed in altri luoghi!!! Chiara

Beh...che dire di questa nostra vacanza,un soggiorno breve per pasqua ma una soddisfazione grande come un'intero anno,la casa è stupenda ideale per chi piace la pace e star lontano dai soliti problemi e della nostra vita quotidiana,è un supplizio viverci dentro,noi siamo stati 3 giorni eppure siamo tornati a casa rigenerati del tutto dal solito stress che oggi ci attanaglia,ripeto la casa è stupenda insieme a tutto quello che la circonda per quanto riguarda noi ci torneremo sicuramente al più presto,poi l'accoglienza più che amichevole è stata familiare,delle persone che descrivo in 3 parole: semplici,disponibili e affabili mi complimento con voi e vi ringrazio di questo splendido soggiorno a presto...

"Posto bellissimo,un vero paradiso verde!! Casa grande e comoda con un''atmosfera retrò, ricca di storia familiare. Sembra di essere ospitati da amici. Piergiorgio e sua madre gentili e disponibili accolgono gli ospiti mettendoli a loro agio. Il gentile signor Antonio è disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, per rendere più agevole il soggiorno. Unica cosa da sapere: non vi è campo su nessun operatore telefonico mobile, a tal fine il proprietario ha premurosamente messo a disposizione un telefono fisso a scheda telefonica. Un posto dove la gentilezza e la storia di famiglia hanno una cornice paesaggistica eccezionale."
