The Allgeier family country house with two separate flats stands on a plot of approx. 2300 square metres and, after the extension, has approx. 65 square metres of living space per flat.

Each flat is divided into the following areas: On the ground floor is the eat-in kitchen with kitchenette and cosy sofa corner. There is also a bathroom with separate WC. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, which can be completely darkened with skylight blinds: The master bedroom with double bed and baby cot, the children's bedroom with two single beds and a further single bedroom. All beds have adjustable slatted frames. The separate toilet on the upper floor has also been newly installed.
In the fitted kitchen you will find the usual crockery (pots and pans, coffee and dinner service, cutlery, etc.) as well as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a coffee pod machine. The dishwasher also makes it easy to forget about washing up. A television with satellite connection and a radio are a matter of course. The washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room can also be used free of charge.
Internet access via WLAN (fibre optic connection) is available in the flats and to a large extent also outside.

Don't feel like cooking? Then why not use the charcoal barbecue or visit one of the many restaurants in Esens or Bensersiel.
Patio furniture is available as well as extensive play facilities for your children (or for yourself): Football goals, trampoline, swing, table tennis table, slide, climbing poles and sandpit ensure that there is never a dull moment. The extensive children's vehicle park with e.g. city scooters, pedal mobiles, slide car and rubber dinghy makes children's hearts beat faster.
When the weather is nice, the spacious garden invites you to sunbathe, and garden loungers are at your disposal. There is a parking space for your car right next to the house.
The very well-equipped fitness room with weight station, stepper, exercise bike, rowing machine etc. has been fully available to you since summer 2013. The bicycles provided free of charge will take you safely into the spa town without the worry of parking and parking fees. In addition, many children have already learnt to ride a bike on the premises without having to worry about road traffic. However, the pros among the children often prefer to grab a unicycle (how do they manage that?).
Rainy weather? No problem, there are plenty of entertainment options. There is a dartboard, board games and books in the communal lounge. The table football table in particular invites you to play tournament games between the two flats. Or visit the Sonneninsel and the Vital-Aktiv Centre in Bensersiel. Or the tower museum of St Magnus Church in Esens. Or the "Life by the sea" exhibition. Or off to the Klabautermann indoor play park. Or, or, or, or...
You can reach the beach and the sea by car in about five minutes, as well as the centre of Bensersiel or Esens. Or would you prefer to ride one of the bicycles we provide?

If you need a baby cot, high chair, bed rails or a pushchair during your stay, please let us know when you book so that the landlords can provide these for you.

In contrast to the health resort of Bensersiel and the town of Esens, there is no visitor's tax here. However, it is of course possible to purchase the North Sea Service Card from the tourist information centres.
